Cannot render inline literal text in field names #1678
Description
Problem
The below file does not render well with this theme because of the inline literal text in the field name, but works fine with no theme installed.

index.rst.txt (note: remove the .txt extension to test. It was added only to allow GitHub to accept it)

Expected Results
It should work just as it does with no theme and avoid ending the column where the double backtick is
