When updating sphinx_rtd_theme to v3.1.x, please also consider supporting docutils 0.22.x. Latest version is v0.22.3.

@Paebbels @humitos FYI, I manually upgraded docutils to 0.22.3 in an venv with sphinx 9.0.4 and sphinx_rtd_theme 3.1.0rc1, and everything seems to be fine.

If I investigated my dependencies correctly:

• sphinx_rtd_theme, and
• sphinx_design

holds me back from using Sphinx v9.0.x
