Consider exposing some JNIF interface

This would allow the user to do fine grained modifications on the classfile, if they want to. Including bytecode patching of specific instructions.
Maybe a hashmap that would store the custom classfile, and if an entry exists, ReapplyClasses would start off from that point instead of the original classfile
