Project lead status retained on project switch #201
Description
When a project lead is brought into another project using the "Add Team Member" input, they retain their project lead status and permissions
To replicate:
- Have an account that is a project lead on some project
- Make a second project
- Go to "Manage Team", and then "Add Team Member". Submit the first user's RCS ID here.
- The transferred user should be a project lead now
