Save/load mod presets

For example Taskbar Clock Customization. in this instance I want to maximise top line to fill the entire height of the bar to make it bigger. An efficient way make it easier for others customise it in this way is if presets could be shared or saved.
Since saved process would be separate from the application itself, uninstalling wouldn't delete those if the user needs to reinstall the application at some stage*. This is separate from built in presets such as in the taskbar customiser mod.

*I was trying to figure out why Windows wasn't updating to 25H2 so removing anything that could be blocking it.
