New icon appear too far

Is there a way to make it so that with the "Disable grouping on the taskbar" mod, new window icons appear besides icons from the same program (for example another Edge window) (picture 1, behavior that I want) instead of always in the far right (picture 2, current behavior)?

like, iirc that's how it was used to work with win7 and 7+ tweaker, which I am used to
