how to implement rock 4c+ optee function in yocto meta-rockchip?

Hi all, 
sorry to bother you,
I wan to enable optee in yocto rock 4c+,but it seem the meta-rockchip does not implement it. 
I only find in  rockchip-rkbin_git.bb, it seems support chips: 

COMPATIBLE_MACHINE:rk3308 = "rk3308"
COMPATIBLE_MACHINE:rk3566 = "rk3566"
COMPATIBLE_MACHINE:rk3568 = "rk3568"
COMPATIBLE_MACHINE:rk3588s = "rk3588s"

no Rockchip RK3399-T  
how I can do?
