Randomized slug for blog posts

Description

For those who don't care about SEO and have certain specific use cases in mind, it would be nice to have an option to use random (but URL-safe) characters as a blog post slug. I suppose there are ways to accomplish this manually, but it would also be useful (and perhaps less likely to result in errors) to have the functionality built directly into Quarto.

When making feature requests, it's better to be concrete as saying things like above, does not help other users relate thus it becomes a niche feature request, thus very unlikely to get traction.
