add alignment visualizer

**Improvement Description**
This would be really handy to have. Could be something very basic to start with. A page that describes the shape of the alignment, and displays a tabular representation with cells colored by nucleotide (just A, C, G, T - everything else, including N could just be grey), and if possible links that would automatically BLAST a sequence for you against NCBI.
