The sustaining member map should be completely revised

The sustaining member map should be completely revised. Old expired members shouldn't be counted anymore. Also, when it comes to total sums of membership payments the threshold values cannot be static anymore. We can switch to dynamic quantiles classification. Or even better: normalize the values by population or BIP. The current situation doesn't show any differentiation between the countries with such low threshold values. It also doesn't take into account the different sizes of countries (in population and/or BIP)

Here are ideas for a better projection:

• Mollweide
• Robinson
• Natural Earth
• Natural Earth II

I guess OpenLayers would be the best library for projection support. MapLibre doesn't support MapProjections other than WebMercator or the spinning globe.

If you decide to go with MapLibre, then you should make sure that the adaptive mode with the interactive globe is active that morphs the WebMercator to the glob on zoom out.
