We have quite a few e2e test scripts now and they trigger a lot of jobs when the matrix is applied to run on different OSes and python versions. We should try to consolidate some of them based on theme. For example, it would make sense to take the bootstrapping jobs for the parallel commands and put those together. Maybe some of the other sets of jobs can be combined.
