discord channel for `spglm`?

There is currently no Discord channel for spglm. Do you think there should be one, @TaylorOshan?

• If yes, we can create one and update the link in CONTRIBUTING.md, plus add a link in the docs & put a badge on the README.
• If no, we can simply update the link in CONTRIBUTING.md to point to the general PySAL channel.
