UI: Add network and station details page

Add network page with
* Station map
* Station contribution, cumulative confidence of all picks at that station 
* N Stations over time
* Station availability over time. This requires a new export from qseek.

Add station details page: 
* Station detections over time (availability)
* Delay times (SST) histogram.
* Magnitude difference over time (Mag_network - Mag_station)
