Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Under Windows there is an issue #38 with the PATH variable. Apparently, this can be circumvented by

1. using the .bat file generated by the OpenModelica compiler omc in the system call in mopyregtest.RegressionTest._run_model, or
2. running the omc script command simulate, instead of buildModel followed by calling the binary via system
