"mark all as read + open another feed" option

hey! I'm enjoying your app very much. Thank you! I'm almost ready to jump ship from Feeder. Would it be nice to add an optional toggle in the settings to activate "mark all as read and open another feed" so it would perform both actions together and it would save an extra tap 🙂 thanks a lot!

Partially addressed by #1007. There's an option to jump to the next feed pulling from the bottom.
