Problem & expected behavior (under 200 words)

Please ignore the GitHub Action "tsImport reproduction / Built Node 24.18.0 Bookworm image (push)" as it failed from my own stupidity, although the other tests replicate the issue.

This issue was hard(er) to re-produce on Github Actions; I have the issue on all local devices (CachyOS Desktop, Fedora Laptop) and my server (Ubuntu) where it usually fails around iteration 3 - 5.

I had the cache issue happening without a loop as well, I just used it to demonstrate it happening.

Issue based on the TSX Docs.

I would've also included the StackBlitz Output but it seemed to hang / get stuck each time I tried to run the test, therefore I couldn't get any results.

I had the cache issue happening without a loop as well, I just used it to demonstrate it happening.

I can also provide the output (with timestamps) for mentioned use case, it shows the issue not being related to the loop and same millisecond / heavy I/O in the example.
