Update prrestashop status on pick & ship

Prestashop status does not change once order is created. It should update so customers know when their order is processing and when it ships.

Talking to support it will update on next ordered status that is "Paid" and "Shipped" and nothing else - so good to know, documenting that would be nice.

Also would be awesome to be able to map the detail I see on Printful to prestashop status (awaiting, picked, printing, shipped,etc) or some subset, but more than 2.
