JSON-RPC 2.0 message parsing and routing

Foundation for MCP and A2A protocol support. Parse JSON-RPC 2.0 envelopes from request bodies, expose method/id in filter context, and enable method-based routing. Both MCP and A2A use JSON-RPC 2.0 as their wire protocol.
