Could not find any Apple TV on current network

Describe the bug

Hello. I am on a college campus, trying to connect to the airplay through the school secure wifi. It does not show up. Nothing shows up.
I am using base fedora 43

alright, randomly a bunch showed up. but now they are not showing up again. Could the issue be related to too many people on the network?
Importantly, the apple tv that I AM looking for did NOT show up. Just a bunch of users
