Support weekly summary mails as an alternative to instant purchase emails

At the moment every time a user purchase a subscription I get an email. This is motivating in the beginning, but can spam the inbox if the number grows.
Instead it would help to have a weekly summary, that shows how many purchases happened with a comparison the the last week. That reduces the amount of emails and helps me to focus on the important numbers.
