Is there a way to set a (yearly) subscription to ‘renew by opt-in’?

The default subscription to our service is gonna be yearly. When a year has passed and it’s time for a renewal, we don’t want that to happen silently; subscribers should be prompted to approve another year of subscription.

This is especially important for our earliest batch of subscribers, since they’ll be buying in at a deeply discounted rate, and so the following year will be a comparatively large price increase. We wouldn’t want them to feel tricked into a price-hike the following year, like many domain registrars do.
