The sample Demo.Console needs an update. Still targets net6.0 and depends on old dependencies (nuget packages, ...).
It would help to have an updated version of this sample with supports net10.0 and environments for appsettings.json.

Updated sample Demo.Console which targets net10.0 and supports environments for appsettings.json.
If possible, please also include the RollForward property and update the sample guidance to include VS Code setup.
