[profile-viewer] remove or make more obvious idle time

Idle time currently seems to show up as `<core> <core> (program)()`.  It should probably just be labelled `<idle>` or such.

I'm tempted to just remove it, but it is interesting to see it there, and isn't really in the way too much ...
