I was testing the plugin here in version 11, and from what I can see, the general layout remains the same—the tabs and tables. But I noticed something that might be a problem.
In this example, I opened a ticket based on a specific schedule that only starts at 8 p.m., and the plugin respected that—it didn’t start counting the time.
This was tested on GLPI version 10.0.24:
This schedule starts at 8 p.m.; registration opened at 6 p.m. So far, so good.
However, in GLPI 11, in the same situation—with a ticket opened at 6 p.m. and the schedule not starting until 8 p.m.—the time began to count for the group, rather than remaining frozen as it did in GLPI 10 because the schedule was outside the hours for that ticket:
I'm reporting this because it might be a bug; I couldn't find any related logs.
GLPI version 10: 10.0.24
GLPI version 11: 11.0.4
GLPI 10 plugin version: 10.0+1.2
GLPI 11 plugin version: I’m not entirely sure, but it should be version 11.0.4, which is available on GitHub; I downloaded it from the GLPI marketplace
Linux: both running PHP 8.2 and Ubuntu 22
