Can you please inform when does the plugin calculates the time for tickets ?
Is it in a task or something?
I'm getting some tickets that are already closed that don't have any time and I have to reconstruct the history for that ticket. Running the reconstruct for all doesn't always work.
ANd is it possible to run the reconstruct for all in a cronjob?
