Eclipse Layout Kernel Layout Support

Hello!

I would like to see if you would be open to supporting the [Eclipse Layout Kernel Cytoscape layout](https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape.js-elk?tab=readme-ov-file).

I have found it to be the most robust layered layout I could find (it is what is used for laying out the Vega dataflow explorer https://github.com/vega/editor/pull/1023).
