Improve logo of example provider

## Context

The HTTP Bins UI uses the KCP logo in its UI configuration. This is confusing as it doesn't clearly indicate that this is an example-provider resource.

## Task

Replace the KCP logo with a different logo to make it clear that this is an example-provider resource.
