Docs are a bit vague on updating .env file

Currently the docs say:

👉 Edit the .env file to set secrets, passwords, and the public URLs

of the Frontend and Connector services (required for webhook notifications and real-time updates)

But it would be nice to show a table like:

1. Env name
2. Suggested value
3. Comments or links to further instructions

Also it might be worth mentioning if it needs to be customized. Eg, will it just work with defaults, but its strongly suggested to customize?
