Is 1.20.1 affected? I encountered a similar issue in a 1.20.1 modpack.

It's modernfix's fault.

Sadly, for 1.20.1 i recommend to not use this feature.
I may revisit it in the future or remove it.

Not entirely sure if this is the same as the ones you are tracking in your list or if I should be reporting it here or to cooking for blockheads, but it looks like cooking for blockheads is trying to modify an item stack that's been locked.

I'm seeing this in FTB Skies 2. I have a diamond chest from sophisticated storage with a stack upgrade tier 3 and an advanced compacting upgrade. When checking for uses of a potion of swiftness (stacked up to 4 in my case), the JEI UI looks super weird. Other items do not cause this visual bug when checking uses.

Hmmm I'm not seeing 1.0.4 available. I see it for 1.20.1, released on 9/5. The pack I'm using is on 1.21.1.

For 1.20.1 I recommend to not use Ingredient Dedupe feature because there are too many mods that are modifying itemstacks from ingredients that need to be fixed

Currently I only can support ATM9, and yet this feature is not enabled in production.
