Add comparisons with Open Tree of Life resolution #72
Description
Open Tree of Life has added support for resolving phyloreferences on their service (OpenTreeOfLife/otcetera#54), and we plan to add support for this to phyx.js (phyloref/phyx.js#45). We should also include comparisons with phyloref resolution in order to compare whether our OWL-based reasoning produces the same result as Open Tree's resolution.
