this is just think for your future code...

you can call all workspaces as space, and make space list.
you can make functions for add space in space list, rename space in space list, delete space in space list, make some space from space list as a current space.

i think it is will be great!

Can you explain this a bit further? It's possible to add and remove workspaces; and (via the configuration file) they can be given a name. The only thing missing currently is a menu that lists all workspaces.

But it sounds you have something more clearly in your mind. Please help me understand that better.
