Describe the bug
Editing the comment but not changing anything about it creates a version of the comment for the purposes of edit diffs.
To Reproduce
- Edit comment and change nothing
- Observe comment receiving edit history anyway
Expected behavior
Nothing should happen.
Additional context
Might have to edit it for real first and then do an "empty" edit. Might also be applicable to other editable communications.
