When running tests locally in WSL2, and in github actions. CheckM provides different output values, when run in docker the task likely fails providing no reportable output, while it passes in apptainer.
This is likely due to the docker container for CheckM being killed by the operating system or docker, while this does not occur with apptainer. As this is an issue however it is noted here for follow up.
