slash-command-dispatch v5 fails to find the command workflow file

After upgrading to v5 it looks like these changes may result in a not being able to find a workflow file due to the strict match of the returned .path against a workflow filename.

I feel like I'm a bit out of my depth with my analysis but I'm seeing the same behaviour on my repo, as the linked failed run above after bumping versions.

Observing the same behaviour. All the slash commands started to fail with this error after bumping to v5.
