Disable panel login; Force oauth login

Hello - It would be nice if it was possible to disable direct login on the panel and force users to use some oauth provider, such as authentik.

Additionally, it might be a good idea to keep some sort of "admin login" at a different URL to allow the rootadmin to log in, in case the oauth provider is unavailable.
