Backup options Full/partial

Hi,

I know you can use a ignore file for backup purposes (asked many times here). The problem with this is you can't specify a full or partial backup. When you are using the file, it always uses the file. Could there be made an option in the scheduled backup task to "ignore the ignore file"? So i can daily do a partial backup and weekly/monthly a full backup without the need to do it manually (delete/rename the file do the backup remake/rename the file back) or use external services (n8n) to set this up?

You can specify files to ignore inside the schedule task. In that case it will use the ignored files from the schedule instead of the file.

Yes, the .pelicanignore file will only be used as fallback when you don't specify ignored files during backup creation.
