Allow admins to select default font.

Now on Customization, you can change the font. Always defaults to monospace, it would be nice an admin setting to change the default one with ones uploaded on the panel.
For example if I have monospace and JetBrainsMono on my panel, the setting will allow me to make default JetBrainsMono, so all the people using the default one will see it as JetBrainsMono. (You can still change it, just allow to make default font selectable)

I see no reason to force a default for every user, they can pick and use what they want.
