Create analysis folder for basic diagnostics (and maybe some advanced ones)

Maybe a good place for it would be mfx/scripts/analysis/? The goal is not to replace smalldata summaries, rather to equip ourselves with quick diagnostic tools that we could run on a pinch.

Let's discuss here what scripts we have and what analysis we need?

• IPM trajectory and pairs over a run
• event damage

@fredericpoitevin not sure if it should be a separate issue but maybe a directory of shared memory visualizations as well.

Since we worked out all of the SSH issues that one time we should be able to eventually call these directly from hutch python... maybe?
