Design and train new deep neural network for a better minutiae classification.

We need to train a new network to improve accuracy of minutiae detection. Now its performance in low quality regions of fingerprint is very poor. To do so we need to train a new network on wider minutiae data set that contains fingerprints from various sensors and of different qualities.
