If you type "we" into the function selection quickly (works as long as you don't intentionally type slowly), it'll quickly open the output settings for WAV on the right as a response to the "w," then remove them as it changes to web video in response to the "e." Afterwards, erasing the text in the function selection and selecting any other function will continue to show the output settings for WAV. The settings will remain broken like this until you relaunch the program.
Starting to type in the function selection with "we" would be the obvious way of quickly accessing the web video option, and might also be something users try when attempting to locate webp or webm conversion.
