Tool: Convert your embeddings

By default, without the VOYAGE keys in the environment, BAAI/bge-large-en-v1.5 is used to create the embeddings for your learnings. This script will help you move to Voyage after you already have a collection of learnings.

It should be mentioned that there is a bug in recall_learnings.py that locks 'local'. You will need to edit the file so that EMBEDDING_PROVIDER is used.
