Listening on hostname not working

I have my remarkable getting an IP address from DHCP on my network.

• goMarkableStream works when I access via https://10.0.0.14:2001
• but fails if I access via https://remarkable:2001

The browser does authenticate and shows a blank screen when accessing by hostname.
I guess the sharing permissions are allowing streaming on "Local IP address" but not permitting to a hostname mapping to the same IP address.

Would be good to fix this for ease of use.
