When trying to search by non latin name, the results are weird

This is how the search looks like for me while using english text for search:

However, this is what happens if I try to load using cyrillic (Ukranian) search key:
Some patient data was painted over due to safety requirements.

However, this should be enough to see the problem.

My setup is:
Orthanc 1.12.6 downloaded from official bundled installer,
OE2 version 1.7.1
PGSQL 15.10-bookworm over Docker, UTF8 encoding
DICOM are indexed using Indexer tool

This problem was not observed on previous installations of older versions (like 1.6.x something, not sure the exact one) with PGSQL.

I confirmed that after downgrading to 1.6.4 this issue does not appear anymore, so the problem appears with 1.7.0 and above.

Side comments and notes, not related to this specific issue:
As a side question, do you really have to force most-recents option instead of empty for databases with extended find? I mean for my use case with over 150-200 xrays daily and sync working through the files a little bit chaotic this does not feel right to show to the end user. On the other hand it was really helpful after hitting sorting buttons. But without them - not really. Maybe it would be great to have an option to set the default sorting?

Another good point also was about custom fields sorting (which is referenced on a different issue). This would be useful, since I have to order by date and then by time instead of only by date for convenience.

Do you confirm you only downgraded OE2 to 1.6.4, you did not change the PG plugin ?

For the sorting, right now, you can open OE2 with this url to have the ordering you need: /ui/app/#/filtered-studies?order-by=DicomTag,StudyDate,DESC;DicomTag,StudyTime,DESC.

In most cases, the "most-recent" mode shows the studies as they have been received which might match the StudyDate-StudyTime sorting

@amazy thank you for reviewing. Yes, I only have downgraded the OE2 plugin, anything else remained exactly as is.

The sorting provided with url worked but the StudyTime disappeared from the url. Could have been my mistake though, I didn't test that thoroughly.

@amazy , some of the most recent changes combined have drastically improved both performance and search capabilities. I am currently using OE 1.8,2 and will upgrade to 1.8.3 today. All of the mentioned issues including custom sorting by default and Extended Find after button clicked both work as expected. Also, PG SQL search has drastically improved. Thank you!
