We should investigate whether and how we want to enable users to re-use parts of an ARC in another.
The mentioned use-case was enabling 'partial' publication of data that way, but others include the de-duplication of raw input data if it is used in several ARCs.
Also, the re-use of workflows/protocols/full assays/studies are worth to consider and discuss.
