Trigger touchpad gestures for volume up/down at start

Nearly all the other gestures has "trigger at gesture start/end" as an option. Volume up/down doesn't have it, and the gestures are triggered at end, making it difficult to get the exact volume you want. Being able to trigger them at gesture start would be better when you want to set the volume at a precise point. An example of this can be observed when using Windows 11.
