I am running Firefly III version 5.4.6.

No matter what I try, I can't get this message to disappear:

"Firefly III is unable to format monetary amounts because your server is missing the required packages."

I am running Windows. The language and formatting is all perfect, I just have this message!

I've tried setting the .env locale to en-GB and en_GB neither of which help :(

Did you take a look at #4012 ?
I know OP's issue wasn't solved but there are some leads there in regards to Windows locales.
