Description

I cannot be sure that this is a firefly issue, but was not able to find anything wrong with my servers timekeeping.

Today is 2026-02-06 AEST, however on the graph on the homepage, it says today is 2026-02-05

It also is telling me that some of my transactions happened today, when they really happened yesterday

Date says today Date i put into the form is yesterday

Hey, thanks for starting this discussion.

This happens because your browser reports its time zone is UTC. Probably because you’ve set strict anti tracking rules.

yeah, that was it, my bad, thank you for the help and for developing & maintaining firefly!!!

hmm still seems to be something, maybe not actually unintended behaviour, but the accounts on the homepage do not show the actual value, they show the closing value of the previous day, so the only way to see an accurate value is using the graph, i have turned off all firefoxes stuff, and ublocks

i worked it out, configuration error, forgot to set the timezone to Australia/Brisbane so it was either the nether lands one or UTC, figured it out because i was starting to use auto budgets and noticed they were only getting done later in the day, checked logs and it reported wrong time, working fine now, it seems! thanks for the software!!
