Portal unusable during release.

I'm browsing the Cloud Portal when all content disappears. Page still works, but it's like the backend system has started responding with empty sets.

Blue field shown below developed gradually over a minute or so of clicking, as each thing I clicked on resulted in more content disappearing.

All UX elements shown below remain reactive to touch, but they reveal no content.

I believe that a cloud-portal release kicked off at the moment I began to experience this.

@yahyafakhroji @mattdjenkinson I confirmed this behavior yesterday as well. While the pods seems to turn down/up 1 by 1, something else is happening where this state is easily achievable during a release

This was remedied for me with a forced cache refresh, but only after Zach told me I should do that. Closing and reopening the browser window did nothing, because of how modern containerized Chrome works. (The window is separate from the rendered view.)

Users, I think, would never figure to do this, and the Datum portal would remain broken for them permanently.
