Tail transaction log in the cloud ui

Summary

I was troubleshooting some unexpected 500 errors coming through my proxied app. The upstream endpoint appeared to be returning 200s, so the errors were likely happening somewhere inside the proxy layer.

With very little visibility into what the proxy was doing, my only real debugging option was to contact support.

Problem

There is currently no way to see recent proxy or WAF activity in the cloud UI. When something goes wrong, users are effectively blind to what the proxy is returning, what the WAF is doing, or how requests are being processed.

Feature Request

Add a “live tail” or “recent activity” view in the cloud UI that exposes short-window logs (e.g., last few minutes) for:

• Proxy transaction logs
• WAF decisions / events

Why This Matters

Having access to recent request/response metadata would make debugging far easier. Even a minimal log tail would allow users to:

• Confirm whether the proxy or WAF is generating 4xx/5xx responses
• Verify what the upstream service returned
• Understand when and why the WAF intervened
• Reduce the need to escalate issues to support

This level of visibility would have significantly reduced the time it took me to troubleshoot the issue.
