files module doesn't copy some files into /usr/share

UPD Disregard this, turns out deployment failed (due to some intermittent selinux glitch), and I've simply booted into old version.

I've got this file tree in my custom Bluefin image repo:

files
 - system
   - etc
     - samba/smb.conf
     - ...	
   - usr
     - pki/ca-trust-source/anchors/...
     - ...

I also have this in recipe:

modules:
  - type: files
    files:
     - source: system
       destination: /

Content of system/etc gets copied into /usr/etc all right, but system/usr doesn't seem to get copied anywhere. Am I missing something? Documentation on 'files' module doesn't mention any special behaviour for /usr.

There is nothing wrong with your config. You could try running ls /usr/pki/ca-trust-source/anchors/... using a scripts module snippet immediately after this files module call. If the file you want to be there is listed in the logs during the build, but not present in the final image, something later in the build process is removing it.
